“ONLY 3 DAYS left until the crowdfunding campaign ends!”
Reducing the number of young people who feel unable to pursue their dreams because of the circumstances they were born into. We are now recruiting monthly supporters!
【Only 3 days left until the campaign ends!】
Beyond Tomorrow is currently running a crowdfunding campaign on Syncable, a social platform that connects individuals interested in social issues with nonprofit organizations.
With just 3 days remaining until the end of the campaign, we would like to share an update.
In this campaign, our goal is to recruit 20 monthly supporters.
As of today, 6 people have joined (30% of our goal).
Although time is limited, we sincerely hope that as many of you as possible will join us as long-term partners who support this work on an ongoing basis.
With our current financial resources alone, there are unavoidable limits to both the number of young people we can support and the quality of support we can provide.
That is why we need not one-time donations, but sustained monthly support.
A monthly donation of 1,000 yen can become a foundation that allows young people who have experienced adversity to believe that it is okay to keep trying.
We kindly ask you to become part of a community that supports the futures of these young people over the long term.
A Message from Our Alumni
As Beyond Tomorrow enters its 15th year, our alumni are now making meaningful contributions across many sectors of society.
Here, we would like to share the voice of Aoi Murano (pseudonym), who participated in Beyond Tomorrow between 2016 and 2021 and is now in her fifth year as a working professional.
=================================
Before joining Beyond Tomorrow,
I felt ashamed of my upbringing and family background,
and I lived my life telling lies to those around me.
I think I couldn’t accept myself for being unable to do what others took for granted because of financial circumstances.
During that time, I met peers at Beyond Tomorrow who said,
“Because I experienced such significant adversity, I was able to have dreams.”
For the first time, I began to feel that the pain I was experiencing then might also be connected to my future.
From that point on, I developed the ability to think and act on my own without blaming my circumstances,
as well as empathy—the ability to imagine and understand the backgrounds of others.
Beyond Tomorrow is not a program that ends when the sessions are over.
As time passes, the learning becomes rooted in everyday life,
and even now, I feel that I am gradually getting closer to the person I want to become.
To ensure that this cycle of learning continues,
I sincerely ask for your support.

A Message from Our Board Member
We would like to share a message from Rieko Komiyama, Councilor of Beyond Tomorrow.
=====================================
Regardless of the circumstances into which they are born,
I want to live in a society where motivated young people can continue to challenge themselves without giving up on their futures.
With this strong belief, I support the work of Beyond Tomorrow.
Here, there are young people who possess both the strength that comes from experiencing adversity
and the kindness toward others that grows from those same experiences.
Through dialogue and learning, they are striving to grow into leaders who can change society.
For them to continue taking on new challenges,
your ongoing support is essential.
Please stand with us as a “partner” in encouraging the next generation,
and help us shape the future together through your warm support.
=====================================
With the crowdfunding campaign coming to an end,
we warmly welcome support from as many people as possible—even one more makes a difference!
